Lisa is a dynamic marketer with over 15 years of marketing and digital experience in Hospitality, Travel, Loyalty, F&B industries and agencies.
She has joined Starbucks 2.5 years ago leading Marketing and partnerships for 15 Asia Pacific markets, spearheading communication, marketing transformation, digital marketing & innovations, partnerships, regional brand management efforts.

In line with Lisa’s forward-thinking approach, she has led multiple new innovations and changes for Starbucks AP markets including adoption of web 3 / nft technology in Starbucks Korea market, regional partnership with Kpop bands (Blackpink), and loyalty-based partnerships with Grab to elevate business sales and loyalty performance.

As a strategic thinker and trailblazer, Lisa will continue to lead transformations for the brand and build closer connections of the brand with younger audiences.
